We prepare model securities, especially shares and equity certificate, and further contracts for transfer of shares. Simultaneously we offer preparation, consultation and treatment of all types of commercial contracts, in particular contract of purchase, contract for work, credit contract or intermediary contract. In the area of security of receivables, we offer drafting of guarantee statements or creating draft bills of Exchange, including agreements on the right to fill in blank bills of exchange.
We represent clients in the litigation and arbitration proceedings related to legal claims from commercial contracts, or incurred damages arising from the liability of the statutory body or from unfair competition, and, consequently, in case of the eventual enforcement of judgement.
